-Dress Code: Appropriate attire is required. We recommend wearing stretch pants or shorts and a T‑shirt or sports top, along with non‑slip socks for certain activities. Street shoes may need to be removed in designated areas.
-Health and Safety: For everyone’s safety, please follow hygiene guidelines, including no food or drink (other than water) in studios, and no bare feet if you have contagious foot conditions.
